Qualifications

• Background in molecular biology and human disease related fields.
• Good understanding of NGS library preparation, targeted enrichment, and sequencing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell-free nucleic acids extraction from clinical samples (plasma, blood, FFPE).
• Plan and conduct lab experiments under supervision.
• Design and optimize methylation sequencing workflows.
