Flourish Research’s Valkyrie Clinical Trials Walnut Creek site is hiring a New Patient Navigator to support patient care and enrollment. This full-time role focuses on developing partnerships with physicians, scheduling new patient visits, and tracking trial slot availability to ensure smooth enrollment.

The position is onsite in Walnut Creek, CA, offering a salary range of $75,000–$105,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience with patients and physician partnerships or account management.
• Oncology experience and exposure to clinical research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach and engagement strategies to enhance patient care and enrollment.
• Identify and cultivate physician partnerships to support trial enrollment and patient care.
• Schedule initial new patient consult visits and coordinate referrals.
• Track trial slot availability and patient records.
• Proficiency with EMR and CTMS; generate regular reports.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally with staff, clients, and vendors.
