Job summary

Flourish Research seeks a Nurse Supervisor, Oncology to lead nursing operations at Valkyrie Clinical Trials Century City, Los Angeles site. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance in an oncology clinical research setting.

The role requires a California RN license with a BSN, 5+ years of clinical nursing experience and supervisory exposure; oncology trial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed BSN-educated RN in California with active license.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience including supervisory/charge nurse role; oncology experience required.
• Experience with IV infusions, chemotherapy/biotherapy safety, and source documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of nursing care in oncology trials.
• Supervise, schedule, and coach nursing staff; manage onboarding and training.
• Ensure GCP compliance and quality metrics; handle incident reports and safety events.
• Prepare reports on staffing, performance, and incidents for leadership.
• Perform nursing duties including IV infusion, injections, and blood collection.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally with staff, vendors, and patients.
