Job summary

2M Quality is seeking part-time, 1099 reviewers to inspect newly built homes for workmanship quality, completeness and finish. Reviews are performed on-site at various Exton-area sites and entries are submitted electronically from a tablet.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, with a basic comfort using a tablet and internet access, and willing to travel to sites between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Training will be provided; pay is per review with an introductory rate for the first 30–60

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, thorough and consistent work style.
• Reliable to complete reviews on schedule (8:00–17:00).
• Able to connect to the internet while in the field and solve minor technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Assess newly built homes from a buyer perspective to identify defects in workmanship and finish.
• Drive to construction sites and perform quality reviews on scheduled days.
• Enter review results online using a tablet at the job site and submit on time.
• No roofing or attic access required during reviews.
