Job summary

2M Quality is seeking a part-time independent contractor to perform quality reviews of newly built homes. You will visit sites, assess workmanship, completeness, consistency and professionalism from a buyer's viewpoint.

Each review lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours and must be completed on site with a tablet, then submitted electronically by 5 PM. The role requires driving between sites in a designated area, availability 4-5 days Mon-Fri, and no roof work.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Own tablet with email access; ability to enter reports on-site.
• Availability 4-5 days Mon-Fri; drive to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect newly built homes from buyer's perspective for defects and quality.
• Drive to construction sites and complete reviews within 8:00–15:30 window.
• Enter results on a tablet and submit electronically by 5 PM.
