Job summary

2M Quality is hiring for a part-time, 1099 field reviewer to inspect newly built homes for workmanship, quality, consistency, and professionalism. You will drive to sites, conduct reviews from a buyer perspective, and submit results on-site via a tablet.

Training will be provided on report entry and QA procedures. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, reliable, and able to work unsupervised between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with access to a cellular tablet and internet.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing workmanship quality in residential construction is preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented and reliable with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Must have access to a tablet and reliable internet while in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of newly built homes from a buyer perspective.
• Travel to construction sites within the area to perform reviews on scheduled days.
• Enter review results on-site and submit electronically by 5 PM.
• Follow up as needed and maintain professional conduct on-site.
