Job summary

2M Quality is seeking a part-time reviewer to assess new homes from a buyer's perspective, identifying defects in workmanship and finish. Reviews take about 1 to 1.5 hours and occur on scheduled days.

You will drive to sites 8:00–15:30, submit reports on-site, and use a tablet to enter results in the company database. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working unsupervised with internet access.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience preferred but not required.
• Available 4–5 days per week, some days full or partial.
• Must have reliable internet access and a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality reviews of newly built homes from the buyer's perspective.
• Drive to construction sites and conduct reviews on schedule.
• Enter results online using a tablet and submit on site by 5 PM.
• Work without walking on roofs or using ladders; no special tools required.
