Qualifications

1–3 years IT networking support or related role.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Cisco switching, and basic network configuration.
Experience troubleshooting wired/wireless connectivity, Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Office apps.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues across switches, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and performance.
Support network equipment, access points, cabling, firewalls, VPN, and related infrastructure.
Assist with labelling and maintaining network documentation and change records.
Provide Tier 1/2 support for Windows, hardware, and Microsoft 365.
On-site support across office and manufacturing areas, including onboarding.
