Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• High school diploma/GED plus 10 years of experience, or AA/AS/Technical school plus 4 years.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance with a TS investigation and maintain it.
• Onsite work only; this position is not remote.
• Experience with Cisco products and Windows OS; Security+ within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network infrastructure, routers, switches, iOS updates and patches.
• Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, VLANS, Internet and intra-net systems; upgrade and troubleshoot networks and devices.
• Serve as primary support for emergency outages, scheduled outages, and other emergent IT situations.
• Maintain inventory of network equipment and documentation of configurations.
• Recommend and schedule repairs to the LAN/WAN.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals/projects.
• Provide implementation support for projects and new services.
• Follow policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
