Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.

• Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) or higher within first year of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the technical performance of network systems across enterprise facilities.
• Monitors system performance and optimizes network resources.
• Supports networking systems with various IS departments and vendors.
• Implements routine risk network changes and designs network solutions with guidance.
• Collaborates in team and independent settings, following defined protocols.
• Handles customer interactions and resolves help desk tickets; tracks issues for resolution.
