Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain the technical performance of network systems for the enterprise, including hospitals and offices.
• Monitor network performance and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Assist in configuring switches, routers, and wireless systems with guidance from senior staff.
• Collaborate with multiple IS departments and vendors to ensure stable connectivity.
