Responsibilities

• Survey, install, design, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN technologies.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot switching, routing, firewalls and wireless.
• Manage new store network installs including circuit orders and failover setup.
• Provide WAN support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with server team on telecommunications and equipment issues.
• Maintain network diagrams, failover procedures, and PCI compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with MSPs for hardware updates and new tech implementations.
• Occasional after-hours work and travel to Matawan or store locations.
