Job summary

AptivaCorp in Mesquite, TX is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Systems Administrator to stabilize and optimize our NetSuite environment after a complex ERP migration. You will partner with Finance and Operations to identify gaps, drive improvements, and ensure system performance.

This onsite role requires 3+ years of NetSuite administration, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to automation while minimizing customizations. Onsite M-F in Mesquite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of NetSuite administration or support experience.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or post-go-live optimization.
• Strong understanding of accounting, operations, inventory, and order management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teams.
• Experience with reporting, workflows, saved searches, and role-based administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the NetSuite ERP environment.
• Analyze current business processes and identify gaps between legacy and new systems.
• Determine what to migrate and redesign processes as needed.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite, RFSmart, and end-user issues with IT support.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for visibility.
• Evaluate and support integrations with Shopify, eCommerce, shipping, and banking platforms.
