The Breeden Company is seeking a Multifamily Turn Technician to maintain and prepare apartment homes for new residents in onsite communities. You will perform turnover work, repairs, and cleaning to ensure units are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include plumbing/electrical/safety troubleshooting, painting, and general maintenance while communicating with residents and colleagues. This role emphasizes teamwork, professional presence, and adherence to company policies.

• Paint interiors/exteriors and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Operate vehicle as required and maintain professional conduct on site.
• Communicate documentation to residents and support resident retention.
