The ideal candidate has prior apartment maintenance experience and well-rounded skills in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, plus a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship on-site.

Qualifications

• HVAC certs are a plus.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Ability to support and contribute to the team.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Two years of maintenance experience.
• Neat, clean and professional appearance.
• Attendance is an imperative job function.

Responsibilities

• Organize and complete resident work orders and turnovers.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to Property Manager daily.
• Clean vacant units and building areas.
• Work on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on purchasing parts and materials.
