Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking an on-site Property Manager for a conventional multifamily asset in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will lead a high-performing team, maximize occupancy and NOI, and implement leasing strategies to drive profitability.

The role requires 4+ years in multifamily property management, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with property management software (Entrata preferred). Regular in-office presence and collaboration with the Regional Manager are essential.

Qualifications

• Regular onsite presence is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
• Four (4)+ years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Proven ability to perform in all areas of property management including people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales, maintenance and resident relations.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate monthly financial statements and develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor on-site teams to provide a world-class living experience for residents.
• Maximize property income, occupancy and NOI through leasing strategies and operations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; manage marketing plans for rentals."
• Monitor rent collections and ensure landlord/resident statutes are followed.
• Complete required reports and inspections; manage property risk and incidents.
