BH Management, LLC is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant in San Antonio, TX to respond to inquiries, market vacancies, tour models and prospective apartments, and lease in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines and company standards.

This position requires customer-service excellence, proven sales and closing abilities, superb organization and communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Market vacancies, lease, and renew apartments.
• Process lease applications and prepare contracts.
• Tour prospects of vacant/model units and common areas.
• Maintain marketing, administrative, and financial operations for the property.
• Log prospect information in the Property Management system.
• Assist with Move Out Vacant Inspection Checklist (MOVIC).
• Post notices and participate in daily community inspections.
