Job summary

You will drive process development, validation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle control, collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, Validation, and Regulatory teams to deliver robust, compliant, cost-effective processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in injection molding, process engineering, validation, or related regulated environment.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads or supports equipment, mold, automation, and process qualifications.
• Writes technical reports, protocols, change controls for material decisions.
• Develops validated process windows using scientific molding principles.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective processes.
• Uses data systems to monitor process performance, downtime, and yield.
