West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is hiring for an onsite Production Lead in Tempe, AZ. The role oversees operators, supports the Shift Supervisor in daily scheduling and production evaluation, and coordinates materials, quality, and documentation across departments.

The position is a fixed-term contract for 9 months with benefits and a $1,000 milestone bonus. Applicants should have at least two years in manufacturing, with preference for plastics injection molding experience and prior

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in plastics injection molding and supervising others preferred.
• Must be able to work assigned shift with overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Direct operators and assist the Production Shift Supervisor in scheduling, operation and evaluation of staff.
• Coordinate materials, production, quality and documentation with Supervisors and other teams.
• Assist in training, coaching and performance evaluations; support Supervisor in their absence.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and drive continuous process improvement.
