Job summary

Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, is seeking a Construction Project Manager for its Laveen, AZ site. You will oversee all phases of multi-family modular projects, from fabrication through erection and turnover, coordinating with construction, logistics, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in modular or multi-family construction, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on construction project management experience, preferably modular or multi-family building environments.
• Requires knowledge of project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office).
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale modular construction projects from planning to turnover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change orders.
• Lead cross-functional teams across construction, logistics, design/engineering, and manufacturing.
• Provide guidance to PMs and coordinate with General Manager, Projects.
