Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Mobile Device System Administrator in Quantico, VA, onsite to manage Ivanti UEM and extensive MDM operations across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. You will ensure security, compliance, and seamless end-user experiences while coordinating with enterprise teams.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance, CompTIA Security+ certification, and 4+ years in enterprise MDM/UEM. Experience with Intune, Ivanti, and scripting is valued for ongoing modernization.

Qualifications

• Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• 4+ years of hands-on enterprise MDM/UEM experience.
• Ivanti Neurons for UEM and Ivanti Endpoint Manager expertise.
• Strong administration across iOS, iPadOS, Android Enterprise, Windows, macOS.

Responsibilities

• Ivanti Platform Administration: Configure and maintain the Ivanti UEM environment.
• Device Lifecycle Management: Onboarding, migrations, zero-touch enrollment.
• Security & Compliance: Deploy baselines, conditional access, MAM policies, PKI.
• Intune Operations & Integration: Manage coexistence with Ivanti and MEM.
• Automation & Documentation: Develop PowerShell/Bash scripts; document SOPs.
