GovCIO is hiring a Mobile Device System Administrator to manage Ivanti UEM and Intune environments at the Naval Criminal Investigation Service. Qualifications

• Clearance required: Top Secret/SCI.
• 4+ years of hands-on enterprise MDM/UEM experience.
• In-depth Ivanti Neurons for UEM expertise.
• OS administration across iOS, iPadOS, Android Enterprise, Windows 10/11, macOS.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains operation of computer systems and networks, upgrades systems and documents procedures.
• Plan and implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Provide Tier 2-3 support for device enrollment, connectivity, and policy delivery issues.
• Develop scripts to automate administration tasks and improve performance.
• Prepare documentation and SOPs for system operations and changes.
