Job summary

Endurant Disaster Recovery seeks a Mitigation Production Manager to lead onsite water, fire, and mold restoration projects. You will supervise mitigation crews, perform hands-on restoration, and ensure work meets Parker Young's quality standards while keeping projects on schedule.

You will act as the onsite point of contact for property owners and internal teams, train crew members, troubleshoot issues, and maintain thorough documentation from setup through final inspection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications a plus.
• Experience in water, fire, or mold restoration or related hands-on field.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and equipment setup.
• Strong communication with crews, property owners, and internal teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Mitigation Production Manager, you will lead onsite water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects from a hands-on, crew-facing role. You will supervise and coordinate mitigation crews, perform restoration work alongside your team, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Parker Young's quality standards. You will serve as the onsite point of contact for property owners and internal teams, keeping projects on schedule and clearly documented from setup through final inspection. By training and mentoring crew members and troubleshooting issues as they arise, you will help build a skilled, safety-focused production team and protect Parker Young's reputation for responsive, high-quality restoration work.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or trade certifications a plus.
• Experience in water, fire, or mold damage restoration, or a related hands-on construction/trade field.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including extraction, cleaning, drying, and equipment setup.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with crews, property owners, and internal teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to respond to on-call/after-hours emergencies as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain certification.
• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
• Familiarity with job documentation and production tracking software.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards.
