Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in national-security operations or related fields.
• US citizen with current TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience in classified environments and SCIF procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite operational and technical support in the customer environment.
• Serve as liaison among mission users, leadership, system administrators, software engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Gather, clarify, and document operational requirements, user feedback, and system-health information.
• Troubleshoot application, service, interface, and workflow issues; reproduce problems and coordinate fixes.
• Support deployment readiness, operational testing, user acceptance, and release validation.
• Monitor Linux/Unix and Windows-based mission services in coordination with admins and developers.
• Plan and facilitate user-group meetings, demonstrations, training sessions, and technical exchanges; track actions.
• Prepare status reports, system-health summaries, procedures, and release documentation.
