Job summary

ENSCO, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Requirements and Integration Engineer to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. You will apply Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) to support the development of technical baselines and analyze system requirements that define and verify the baseline.

You will work with Government and contractor personnel to close gaps in requirements flow, lead working group meetings, review proposed changes, and prepare briefings for U.S. Space Force management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, or network and telecommunications.
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Satellite Communications.
  • Familiarity with MBSE and tools used to support requirements development and traceability.
  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Organization capability with ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret security clearance (U.S. citizen required).

  • Facilitate review of program documents by providing comments, compiling other reviewer comments, and working with contractor to adjudicate the comments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to assess technical issues and to prepare briefings to U.S. Space Force management.
  • Support management of risks, issues, interdependencies, identifying schedule disconnects and conflicts, developing action plans for resolution, and assisting the Government in executing selected solutions.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret security clearance (U.S. citizen required)
Qualifications Desired
  • Master's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, or network and telecommunications
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with MILSATCOM, such as AEHF, EPS, WGS, and FAB‑T terminal programs
  • Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients
  • Experience with ground and airborne systems, such as terminals and networks
  • Certifications in Systems Engineering (INCOSE ESEP, CSEP)
  • Certifications in MBSE (OCSMP)
  • Certifications in Agile Development
  • Knowledge and experience in Jira and Confluence
  • Active DOD Secret security clearance or higher
