Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks an experienced field technologist to own customer outcomes for strategic agency accounts onsite. You will deploy, adopt, optimize, and measure success across Axon’s platform stack, ensuring production-grade outcomes and long-term value.

You will act as the accountable owner, not a coordinator, building trusted relationships with agency leadership and operators while embedding for lasting impact on mission-critical workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployment environments (8+ years).
• Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
