USCRI in Arlington, VA is seeking a Microsoft 365 System Administrator to support cloud services, Intune, and end-user devices. The role focuses on Level 2 IT support, on-site operations, and maintaining secure, reliable technology for headquarters, field offices, and remote workers.

You will work with the MIS team, report to the Director of MIS, and collaborate with the Senior Cloud Systems Administrator to administer 365 services, MFA, and device management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience configuring and deploying computers.
• Knowledge of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Arlington, VA.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, and access.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Manage devices via Microsoft Intune and ensure endpoint security.
• Provide Level 2 IT support and on-site/off-site assistance.
• Maintain hardware inventory and deploy equipment for new hires.
