Taylor Metal Inc. in Auburn, WA is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to join our team as an Onsite Roll Forming & Warehouse Associate. The role blends metal roll forming with warehouse responsibilities, including loading, unloading, inventory tasks, and occasional overnight shifts.

Day shifts are routine, with some overnighters during peak periods. You will operate roll forming machinery, inspect materials, and move items safely with forklifts, while upholding safety and production

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Written communication skills are important.
• 3-6 mos. manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (will certify in-house).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain roll forming machinery on-site to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Inspect and prepare raw materials for the roll forming process.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products around the yard and production area.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from trailers.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company policies.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse tasks during non-onsite shifts.
• Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
