Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or operating roll forming machinery.
• Familiarity with RF scanners/WMS and basic paperwork.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust roll forming equipment and align dies.
• Monitor production runs to ensure specifications are met and inspect finished parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Use RF scanners to label, scan, and track materials in inventory.
• Operate forklifts for material handling and move steel coils or metal strips.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain safety compliance.
• Coordinate material flow with other production teams and adhere to schedules.
