Job summary

JCM is a family-owned mechanical and plumbing contractor based in Upper Marlboro, MD, delivering data centers, hospitals, and federal facilities across the DC metro region. We seek a Project Manager to lead end-to-end MEP construction across MD, VA, and DC, owning budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

You will work on-site with field teams, drive procurement, submittals, RFIs, BIM coordination, commissioning, and turnover, while mentoring the APM and PE teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
• Experience managing MEP/mechanical/plumbing projects in commercial/industrial construction.
• Proven ability to lead procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project buyout, scope packages, and procurement logging.
• Manage change orders, cost-to-complete, and budgets.
• Oversee BIM coordination and prefabrication for on-site installation.
• Maintain on-site presence with field leadership and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
