Job summary

ACS is seeking an experienced On-Site MEP Project Manager to support a major project in Waukesha, WI. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate with the site team, and ensure safe, quality construction of mechanical and electrical systems for a new 80,000 SF test facility expansion.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of industrial facility construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project and Procore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial facility construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Procore tools.
• Ability to work on-site daily at the customer project location in Waukesha, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project activities and coordinate with the overall Project Manager and site superintendents.
• Facilitate on-site coordination meetings and track action items.
• Prepare RFIs and manage submittals to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Oversee project schedule and monitor daily progress to prevent delays.
• Ensure safety and quality control inspections are conducted by engineers of record.
