ACS is seeking an experienced On-Site MEP Project Manager to support a major test facility expansion in Waukesha, Wisconsin. You will lead day-to-day on-site activities, coordinate with project team, engineers, and subcontractors to keep the project on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate has a strong industrial construction background, with mechanical or electrical contracting experience and proven leadership, organization, and communication skills to resolve field challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial facility construction, facility mechanical or electrical engineering, construction management or field project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support successful execution of project objectives, priorities, and deliverables.
• Facilitate on-site coordination meetings and communicate project priorities.
• Apply technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems to support construction coordination and resolve issues.
• Prepare RFIs to document design or engineering challenges.
• Proactively manage the submittal process for equipment delivery.
