Job summary

RADIAS Health is hiring a Mental Health Practitioner for the Main Street Housing program. This onsite role supports residents with housing stability, works with Catholic Charities staff, and emphasizes person-centered planning and collaboration to meet individual needs.

The position offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, and holidays; salary ranges from $52,797 to $55,021 with a monthly office benefit package. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 1–9 pm or 2–10 pm, full-time onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field.
• 2,000 hours of supervised experience in delivering services to persons with mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients using person-centered approaches to help maintain housing and connect to resources.
• Defuse and de-escalate potential behavioral emergencies and develop programming for the person's needs.
• Maintain records of progress and document assessments of clients' functioning and symptoms.
• Create unique service plans for each person served.
• Assist clients with applying, maintaining, and understanding benefits and completing necessary paperwork.
