Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field.
• 2,000 hours of supervised experience with mental illness clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to residents.
• Administer medications under supervision of the facility nurse.
• Co-facilitate or facilitate psychoeducational groups.
• Assist in discharge planning and treatment plan development.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing supervision.
• Support orientation of new admissions to residential care.
