Job summary

Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Associate for an on-site, in-person role in Philadelphia. You will be the welcoming face, handling daily prep, stocking amenities, and coordinating events to build a thriving community for members.

You will work closely with a team to ensure seamless operations, assist with IT issues, and help members enjoy a top-tier workplace experience. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Perform repetitive tasks with lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach and walk for extended periods.
• Operate machines/appliances such as printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Be the first face of the office, preparing the space each day with coffee, breakfast, and stocked amenities.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the location.
• Design signage and help create events to foster a memorable office environment.
• Add new members into multiple systems to ensure a smooth first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Participate in local marketing events to showcase our flexible solutions.
• Provide office tours when the Member Experience Manager is assisting others.
