Amazon is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to support Workplace Health & Safety at our San Antonio site. You will assess and administer first aid, guide Associates on injuries, and refer to external providers as needed.

You’ll participate in weekly safety meetings, support workers’ compensation processes, and help maintain medical records and supplies. The role requires a High School diploma, current BLS, and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; valid BLS certification required.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and manage first aid scenarios.

Responsabilités

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk via education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain care records for Associates (AAs).
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Coach on at-risk work habits with leadership on the floor.
• Maintain medical supplies and a clean environment.
• Assist with CPR/AED/First Aid certification trainings.
