Amazon.com Services LLC - A57 is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support the Workplace Health & Safety program in Texas. The role involves delivering first aid, guiding associates on health and safety, and coordinating with site leadership to reduce risk on the floor.

You will maintain records, assist with workers’ compensation, and participate in training to certify CPR and AED. The position requires flexible shifts, strong communication, and a passion for health and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a safety-related field is preferred.
• Experience with safety analytics, incident investigation, and workers’ compensation processes is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain care records and manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift-end reports.
• Coach associates and leadership on observed safety habits.
• Maintain medical supplies and inventory; support training for CPR/AED.
• Coordinate with site safety teams and assist in emergency response.
