UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO is seeking a Part Time HIM Scanning Clerk to join our on-site team. The role supports medical record scanning, indexing and quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include document prep, accurate scanning, ensuring complete records, and timely workflow. Preferred RHIT or terminology/anatomy training and 1 year of health-information experience.

Formación

• RHIT certification preferred
• Training in Medical Terminology preferred
• Training in Human Anatomy preferred
• 1 year of experience in patient health information or medical records scanning

Responsabilidades

• Performs document preparation, scanning and indexing of medical records, and audits results for image quality and accuracy.
• Assembles and maintains complete medical records.
• Scans medical records accurately and timely.
• Validates accuracy of scanned documentation.
