Qualifications

• Ability to complete ROI requests accurately and on time.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy.
• Meet STATs within an hour and 24-hour turnaround for others.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy.
• Meet STATs within an hour and 24-hour turnaround for all other ROI requests.
• Keep all queues current.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI according to procedures.
• Perform quality checks on all work for accuracy, confidentiality and invoicing.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality during transport, storage and disposal.
• Scan ROI requests into the chart.
• Follow ROI policies for HealthMark and the client.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and observe client dress code.
• Keep work area clean and records properly stored.
• Provide excellent customer service and de-escalate when needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and achieve satisfaction.
