Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain all queues current and organized.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI according to procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and invoicing.
• Scan ROI requests into chart and adhere to ROI policy.
• Assist clients, patients, and requestors with request status via phone.
