Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare or medical office experience is required.
• 1+ years of recent administrative support experience.
• General understanding of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assess patient needs, directing to proper staff.
• Audit charts by reviewing EPIC, Excel, and admission reports.
• Collect and distribute mail; maintain patient charts.
• Provide data entry and general medical office support.
• Request informed consent, history, and physical, lab records.
