Job summary

OccuMedX Group, Inc. seeks an EMT or Paramedic to join our onsite health solutions team as an Onsite Medical Partner on construction sites. You will provide emergency medical response, health assessments, injury prevention, and equipment management within the project safety team.

The role requires current EMT or Paramedic certification, BLS, OSHA 30 within 30 days, and strong communication. This FT non-exempt position offers consistent hours at the onsite clinic.

Qualifications

• Current State or National EMT/Paramedic certification required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in pre-hospital or clinical settings preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days (employer provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with employees and clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Medical Response: provide immediate care, assess and stabilize, coordinate transport, document assessments and treatments.
• Injury Prevention and Safety: conduct safety walks, implement preventive measures, train workers in first aid and CPR.
• Health Assessment and Monitoring: oversee wellness programs, health screenings, educate, manage occupational health concerns.
• Medical Equipment and Supplies Management: ensure availability and maintenance of equipment, manage inventory and storage.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain records, prepare incident reports, communicate with management and external agencies.
• Other Duties: build relationships with partners and integrate with client project teams.
