Job summary

OccuMedX Group, Inc. is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to join our construction occupational health solutions team as an Onsite Medical Partner.

The role involves operating an onsite health clinic, delivering emergency medical response, injury prevention, health assessments, and equipment management on a construction site. You will integrate with the project safety team, provide first aid, CPR, health screenings, and documentation, while training workers and maintaining clinic readiness.

Qualifications

• EMT or Paramedic certification is required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a pre-hospital or clinical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Medical Response: provide immediate care on construction sites and coordinate transport when needed.
• Injury Prevention and Safety: conduct safety walks and train workers on first aid and CPR.
• Health Assessment and Monitoring: run workplace wellness programs and manage onsite health concerns.
• Medical Equipment and Supplies Management: ensure readiness of clinic equipment and maintain inventories.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain medical records and prepare incident reports for compliance.
• Other duties: build relationships with partners and integrate with client project teams.
