Job summary

OccuMedX Group, Inc. is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to join our Onsite Medical Partner program for a construction health solutions team.

You will operate an onsite health clinic, provide emergency medical response, injury prevention, health assessments, and equipment management on active job sites. Responsibilities include maintaining medical equipment, documenting all care and ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the client safety team to protect worker health on diverse

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification is required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Minimum three years of pre-hospital or clinical experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment (Employer Provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Able to work in a construction environment and lift >50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical response and on-site care on construction sites.
• Perform injury prevention activities and safety education for workers.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor employee wellness programs.
• Manage medical equipment, supplies, and clinic cleanliness.
• Document all incidents and follow regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with client safety teams and internal partners.
