OccuMedX Group, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily onsite occupational health services across multiple construction and industrial projects.

You will supervise EMTs and other healthcare professionals, ensure reliable coverage, and maintain client satisfaction and compliance with company procedures. You will coordinate staffing, site visits, training, and onboarding, while partnering with Clinical Services, HR, and Quality Assurance to uphold high clinical and operational

Competenze

• Current, valid, and unrestricted EMT or Paramedic certification (Required).
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (Required).
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days if approved by the company (Required).
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills (Required).
• Ability to manage multiple sites, schedules, competing priorities, and time-sensitive operational issues (Required).
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, ability to travel, and flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and urgent coverage needs (Required).
• Supervisory experience in EMS, Occupational Health, Construction Safety, or related healthcare operations (Preferred).
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams, construction project medical services, and client relationships (Preferred).
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, occupational injury management, and workforce management systems such as Rippling (Preferred).

• Lead daily onsite operations across multiple projects, ensuring coverage and client satisfaction.
• Supervise Onsite Medical Partners, including EMTs and paramedics, with performance coaching and HR coordination.
• Build schedules and respond to callouts, vacancies, and urgent coverage needs; coordinate replacements.
• Conduct site visits to assess service quality, safety, and operational readiness; ensure compliance.
• Maintain medical supplies, PPE, equipment, and inventory; oversee vehicle assets.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing competency checks for field staff.
• Escalate clinical or safety issues per policy and communicate updates to clients and leadership.
• Serve as operational liaison for project managers and client stakeholders; support new site mobilizations.
