Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite OT services across construction and industrial sites.
• Supervise Onsite Medical Partners (EMTs, Paramedics, healthcare staff).
• Ensure coverage, performance, client satisfaction, and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate staffing plans with HR and Operations Leadership.
• Oversee site orientations, safety requirements, and client expectations.
• Monitor timekeeping, overtime, and staffing expenses; address coverage gaps.
