Job summary

Natus Medical in Middleton, WI is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our medical device manufacturing operations. You will receive shipments, manage inventory, prepare orders, and assist production as part of a collaborative team.

This onsite role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand most of your shift. Prior shipping/receiving experience is a plus but not required; overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Previous shipping or receiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for ~95% of the shift and lift up to 25 lb regularly, with occasional 50 lb and frequent heavy pushing/pulling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, stage, transport, and ship materials and finished products.
• Complete shipping, stockroom, and inventory documentation and data entry.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update records.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Support production activities and help meet on-time delivery goals.
• Keep storage areas organized, maximize space, and suggest improvements.
• Follow Quality System procedures and applicable ISO, FDA, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across teams while upholding Patient First, Teamwork, Own It, Agility, and Respect values.
