Job summary

Natus Medical is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our materials flow in Middleton, WI. This on-site role involves receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality procedures.

You'll work with a collaborative team to move goods, update records, and maintain inventory integrity. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and basic computer/warehouse tool familiarity, with advancement opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse tools and equipment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Experience in shipping/receiving is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, stage, transport, and ship materials and finished products.
• Complete shipping, stockroom, and inventory documentation and data entry.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update records.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Support production activities and help meet on-time delivery goals.
• Keep storage areas organized, maximize available space, and recommend improvements.
• Follow Quality System procedures and applicable ISO, FDA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively across teams while demonstrating our Patient First, Teamwork, Own It, Agility, and Respect values.
