Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, finance operations management, business administration or equivalent.
• 4+ years in engineering, technical project management, procurement, supply chain or regulated industry.
• Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and supply chain interfaces.
• Commitment to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with data processing and data visualization.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Procurement/analyst experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier quotes, bids, RFQs, RFPs and recommend best total cost options.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and vendor onboarding.
• Manage procurement requests, purchase orders, and vendor communications.
• Track and report on project milestones, procurement timelines, and cost savings.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure supplier compliance.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risk; drive second sourcing opportunities.
• Direct project execution by assigning tasks and tracking schedules.
• Prepare standard status reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
