Pride Health is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the team in Fargo, ND. This role focuses on first aid, emergency response, and workplace wellness, with a strong emphasis on safety training and documentation.

The position offers an hourly pay rate of $30–$36, with pay based on education, experience, and credentials. This on-site role requires a hands-on healthcare professional ready to support associates daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DOH or NREMT, or six months military Combat Medic experience, or Active Athletic Trainer Certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide first aid support for occupational and non-occupational injuries.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement with associates.
• Maintain and document all medical records of care provided.
• Oversee the workers' compensation program and manage return-to-work processes.
• Submit daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates on the operations floor, coaching on safe work habits and at-risk behaviors.
• Maintain a clean medical environment and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Participate in First Aid, CPR, and AED training and maintain certifications.
• Assist with drug testing protocols and emergency care delivery.
